  • Access to the exclusive Bee Fit fitness app with many features, such as exercise videos, habit tracking (water intake, sleeping habits, …), training plans, food diary, and much more
  • Access to the Bee Fit community of like-minded people, who support each other
  • A weekly 45min group Zoom call, where you can ask any fitness related questions, discuss your personal challenges, or just talk about your week

The Busy Bee

Custom workout program designed for you, consisting of 2x 60min workouts per week, tailored to your personal preferences and limitations.

If group workouts are not a good fit and don’t work for your specific needs, this will be a much better fit for you.
In addition to having direct access to your trainer, Mayu will personally reach out to you regularly throughout the week and check in to keep you on track and motivated – helping you overcome obstacles. This added support gives you a better chance at sticking with your workouts and succeeding in your goals.

One a month, you will have a check-in call with Mayu to discuss your progress and any adjustments to your plan.

The Worker Bee

The Queen Bee

Custom workout program perfectly designed for your needs, PLUS a weekly LIVE 1-on-1 online training session with Mayu. The session consists of 45min of exercises and is followed by a 10min check-in, where you can share and pick Mayu’s brain. This is the is the most involved plan, featuring 1-on-1 coaching and support. If you want a custom workout and that personal attention, to get the most out of your exercise regiment, this is the plan for you. This custom program will take into account your personal limitations and preferences and is tailored to you.

Additionally, Mayu will personally reach out to you regularly and check in to keep you on track and motivated and help you overcome what keeps you from sticking to your plan.
